Cotton House Resort, on the private island of Mustique, offers tranquility in a pristine plantation setting. Celebrities and royalty find respite from the eyes of the paparazzi in this secure tropical setting, choosing from accommodations such as the Coutinot Deluxe Master Room, which features a marble garden bath and shower, four-poster king-size bed draped in mosquito netting, furnished verandas and views of the Grenadines and Tobago Cays. Guests rushing to commence their relaxation can opt to have a chambermaid unpack and press their belongings upon arrival. Sprawling white sand beaches are dotted with thatched huts, and the water provides a wealth of sports including scuba diving and snorkeling. Motorized carts may be rented to explore Mustique's lush tropical terrain. The island also plays host to numerous hiking trails, the quaint Basil's Bar, an equestrian center and an ice cream shop.

Each of the luxurious Cotton House cottages, rooms, and suites has its own distinct personality and views. Many have terraces and private garden walkways. All are luxuriously appointed with the finest in comfort and amenities including Egyptian cotton linen and towels, marble baths, and fully stocked mini-bars. The original decorative art furnishings of the Cotton House are the legacy of Oliver Messel, the renowned London designer who made Mustique his passion.

 

COUTINOT DELUXE MASTER ROOM
(ONE)

Facing the ocean and beach, this spacious, oversized room offers the most magnificent views of the sunset, Mustique island, The Grenadines and Tobago Cays in the background. Furnished in Balinese style, boasting a four-poster king-sized bed, draped in Crown mosquito netting, armoires, a sitting room area and writing desk. Marble garden bath and shower with views, separate entry, dressing room, furnished verandahs, CD player and the ultimate in privacy makes this the most sought-after room in the resort.


COUTINOT OCEAN-FRONT SUITE
(ONE)

The entry and parlor are open plan and separated by stepping down into the master bedroom which boasts a four-poster king bed veiled in romantic netting. Set on the corner with a semi-circle wall of french doors, this suite offers a magnificent view of the Caribbean and the Grenadines. Boasting an inside/outside garden bath and shower, a separate dressing room and furnished wrap-around verandah. Air-conditioning, CD player, mini-bar, spaciousness and privacy makes this one of the most requested suites in the resort. 


OCEAN-FRONT MASTER ROOMS
(THREE)

Three luxury king rooms with four-poster beds veiled in Crown netting. Each spacious room has been strategically positioned to offer the finest views of the azure blue Caribbean and golden sunsets while maintaining total privacy, one is located on the second level with sunning decks on either side. All offer Balinese style furnishings, air-conditioning, mini-bars, CD players and furnished draped verandas. Even the inside/outside garden showers and tubs boast magnificent views and separate dressing rooms.


DELUXE SUITES

Set in their own buildings on the exotic landscaped grounds of the Cotton House, these four deluxe suites offer a completely separate parlor with a bar area and powder room. Each of the suites boasts king-size beds draped in mosquito netting and a private verandah which runs the entire width of the suite allowing both parlor and bedroom to be accessed by french doors. It offers oversize marble bathrooms with pedestal tubs and showers and double vanities. Garden views of rolling hills and the stunning island of Mustique in the background. Air-conditioned and privately located with mini-bars and CD players.


DELUXE TERRACE ROOMS
 

(EIGHT,MESSEL ROOMS: FOUR UP AND FOUR DOWN)

Situated atop of the gently rolling hills overlooking the resort, two buildings each featuring four deluxe rooms have original Oliver Messel furnishings, king beds veiled in Crown netting, separate dressing rooms and wrap-around furnished verandahs. The upper rooms offer distant views of the Caribbean with the Grenadine islands in the background; the lower rooms boast oversize corner terraces for outside dining and entertaining overlooking the magnificent villas of Mustique. Marble bathrooms, air conditioning, pedestal baths and showers, mini-bars, CD players and separate dressing rooms are features in each messel room. Bed configuration may be changed to two singles upon request, two rooms connect by a terrace door making an excellent setting for families.


DELUXE POOL COTTAGES

Three charming West Indies style cottages positioned along the hill approaching the hilltop pool and dining terrace. King size beds draped with Cotton House signature mosquito netting and an oversize dressing room and marble bathroom with step-up tubs opening up to the verandah. The verandahs offer garden views with ultimate privacy. Air-conditioned, mini-bars and CD players and the ability to change the bed configuration upon request.

  • All rates quoted in $US Double Occupancy and are subject to change without prior notice 
  • Single rates less $100.00 per night. Single rates are not applicable during Winter Peak seasons and for the E.P. rates 
  • Children 4-12 pay an additional $100 per day M.A.P. when sharing a room with an adult. There is no charge for children under 3 years of age. Children under 7 years not allowed in restaurant after 7:30 p.m. or during the Winter Peak season 
  • We do not accept more than 2 adults per room 
  • All reservations must be secured by a deposit in the amount of three nights accommodations plus 17% tax and service charges, 3 weeks cancellation for refund.
  • Other island activities include nature walks, horseback riding, biking, lighted tennis courts, diving and snorkeling.
    Holiday Period:
  • Minimum stay of 7 nights between December 20th, 2000 and January 5rd, 2001. Deposit in full (entire stay) required from December 20th and January 3rd. 50% due on confirmation of reservation and remainder due by July 31, 2000. Deposits are non-refundable if reservation is canceled after that time.
  • Supplement Christmas Dinner: 110 USD per person (plus 10% service charge and 7% government tax) - drinks not included
  • Supplement New Year's Eve Dinner: 180 USD per person (plus 10% service charge and 7% government tax) - drinks not included.
